He identified issues with my furnace and humidifier that may have been missed by other technicians. He answered all my questions making sure that I understood his answers. What I appreciated most was the fact that he double checked my system to make sure it was functioning without any issues. In my opinion Brian did an exceptional job and I am very satisfied with his performance.
